I am passionate about helping people transform their pain into peace and happiness through compassion. Assisting my patients on a journey to increased self awareness is an important part of my therapeutic process. I have been in private practice for over 20 years and have worked with many different issues. I work cognitive behaviorally to help identify negative/irrational thoughts and develop a more realistic internal voice diminishing anxiety and depression.
